What we collect

Account details (name, email, mobile, business name), the business data you enter (members, attendance, invoices, payments, expenses, staff and salaries), sign-in records (time, IP address, browser) and subscription payment status. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay and never stored by us.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, send sign-in codes and service emails, process subscription payments, prevent abuse and provide support. We do not sell personal data or use your members' data for advertising.

Your members' data

For the personal data of your members, you decide why and how it is used and we process it on your behalf. Each client's data is kept separate and visible only to that client's authorised users.

Sharing

We share data only with providers needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, Razorpay for payments) or when required by law.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sign-in needs an emailed one-time code, access is role-based, important actions are audit-logged and connections use HTTPS.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. After cancellation we retain it for a limited period so you can return or export it, then delete it on request. Email us to request export or deletion.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent, by writing to us. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by applicable Indian data-protection law.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
